在选择旋流器规格和参数时,主要应考虑分级和能力要求。本厂生产的旋流器已经考虑了直径与进料管、溢流管和排砂嘴之间的合适关系。但是除此之外,还有许多因素影响着分级效果和生产能力。例如:粒度分布、固体浓度、固体比重及物料性质和粒度等。 <1> 增加稀释水可改善分级性能,取得更精确的分级效果。 <2> 小给料口、小溢流管和小排砂嘴的旋流器,要求给料压力大,生产能力偏小;反之,大给料口、大溢流管和大排砂嘴,不仅给料压力可降低,并且生产能力可增加。 <3> 溢流管直径越大,分离粒度粗,固体进入溢流的比例愈大;反之溢流管直径越小,分离粒度越细,固体进入溢流的比例愈小。 <4> 排砂嘴的功能是以最大的浓度、平滑且呈锥状排出粗物料。不能呈柱状,呈柱状说明排砂嘴尺寸过小;也不能呈伞状,呈伞状说明排砂嘴尺寸过大(见原理图)。

the priority to be concerned is the classifying requirements and then the capacity when selecting the cyclone specifications and parameters. the proper relationship has been comprehensively concerned between the diameter and feed-in pipe, vortex finder and apex with the cyclones manufactured by this plant. how-ever, besides the above there are still many elements that affect the classifying effect and output capacity, such as particle size distribution, solid density, solid specific gravity and the property and size of material etc. the increase of dilution water will improve classifying performance and get finer and more preclse classification. a cyclone with a small feed-in opening, small vortex finder and small apex requires higher pressure and gives a low capacity, conversely, a large feed-in opening, large vortex finder and large apex not only requires lower pressure but also a higher output. the larger a vortex finder is, the coarser the separated particle is and thus a higher proportion of solids get into the overflow, conversely, the smaller a vortex finder is, the finer the separated is, and thus a lower proportion of solids get into the overflow. the function of an apex is to discharge coarse material at the highest density and in a smooth and umbrella-like form. a roping form is unacceptable(refer to figure 1), which shows too small a size the apex is.
